So over the long weekend, Simi had the inspiration to do some cooking. Among the many things, was pork chop with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. The sauce invented was garlic mushroom sauce.... which kinda needs fine tuning ^^" Let's let the photos speak for themselves... watch the potatoes!
