Moist Chocolate Cake

It is an unwritten rule that birthdays are merely excuses for us to go out and enjoy a good meal... at least for my group of friends. Recently birthdays have become an excuse for me to try new cake recipes. While my spaghetti and western dishes are usually welcomed, my baking skills kinda need work.... let's just say that the first few cakes I bake will never appear in this blog ^^

But the more recent cake, courtesy of my friend's mom turned out quite nice. Though as usual there was trouble with the frosting. It is sad that my arsenal is not being used yet.......
